What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act in a timely and efficient manner to protect the interests of investors related to serviced mortgages
- Manage all insurance matters in accordance with investor guides and applicable laws
- Monitor compliance of insurance for commercial properties held as collateral
- Conduct insurance analysis, premium disbursements, and risk assessments
- Correspond with servicers, investors, borrowers, and internal departments regarding insurance issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex risks
- Ability to self-manage a wide variety of tasks
- Previous experience in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate
- Effective communication skills to articulate risk assessments
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with mortgage documents and Pooling and Servicing Agreements
- Familiarity with correspondence related to insurance matters
- Background in compliance monitoring for insurance in commercial properties
