What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act in a timely and efficient manner to protect the interests of investors related to serviced mortgages
- Manage all insurance matters in accordance with investor guides and applicable laws
- Monitor compliance of insurance for commercial properties held as collateral for various lenders and investors
- Conduct insurance analysis, premium disbursements, risk assessments, and appraisal reviews
- Correspond with servicers, investors, borrowers, insurance agents, and internal departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex risks and articulate findings
- Ability to self-manage a diverse range of tasks that may vary daily
- Experience in Loan Servicing, Commercial Insurance, or Real Estate
- Capability for complex analyses and assessments related to Insurance and Real Estate
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the insurance or real estate sectors
- Familiarity with investor guides and Pooling and Servicing Agreements
- Strong communication skills for effective correspondence with various stakeholders
