- Client Acquisition & Retention: Actively prospect and build a strong, loyal customer base in the local Garden Grove area, offering a variety of State Farm insurance products such as auto, home, life, and business insurance.
- Sales Expertise: Utilize your proven sales skills to convert leads into clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction, meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
- Work Independently: Work remotely with minimal supervision, maintaining high productivity, managing your own schedule, and meeting sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products.
- Local Market Focus: Leverage your knowledge of the local community to connect with potential clients and provide personalized, relevant solutions tailored to their needs.
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule while achieving sales goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with customers, explain complex insurance products, and build long-term relationships.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple accounts, following up with leads, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- State Farm or Insurance Knowledge (Preferred): Previous experience with State Farm or a similar insurance company is a plus, but not required.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and virtual communication tools.
