      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review insurance benefits for accuracy and utilize payor portals to establish patient benefits
      - Communicate benefits information to fellow co-workers at the clinics
      - Test the accuracy of patient benefit information and complete daily action item requirements
      - Ensure compliance with HIPAA policies and maintain patient confidentiality
      - Handle patient payment information securely and report compliance concerns as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Outstanding interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      - Ability to analyze data and navigate through an EMR system in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to be a self-starter
      - High energy level and professionalism, aligned with company culture
      - Must comply with confidentiality requirements according to HIPAA policies and procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in medical billing or related field
      - Familiarity with insurance verification processes
      - Strong relationship-building skills to enhance patient satisfaction
      - Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
      - Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare
