What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or a healthcare environment
- Proficient in PC knowledge and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner while interacting with consumers and healthcare staff
- Experience with multiple databases and software applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree and at least 1 year of experience in a Patient Revenue role
- Familiarity with medical terminology and payer requirements
- Experience with Windows, Excel, and internet navigation tools
- Proven ability to use automated databases for management and reporting
