      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Verify eligibility and benefits for patient insurance
      - Process authorizations and pre-certifications, maintaining accurate records
      - Enter benefit and authorization information into the EPIC system
      - Collaborate with clinical counterparts to gather necessary information for peer-to-peer submissions
      - Ensure compliance with safety principles, laws, and regulations in all professional activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent formal education
      - Minimum of four (4) years of experience in customer service, call center, or related fields
      - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
      - Proficient computer and keyboard skills
