What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maneuver within the Quality Assurance database and conduct appropriate assessments on what additional information or verification is needed
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to potential customers – verify and document required information to finalize applications for underwriting assessment
- Accurately document the information and explain the application process to potential customers
- Properly document non-contact attempts within the Quality Assurance Database
- Transfer calls to appropriate department as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have reliable and predictable attendance of assigned shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent phone and listening skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time based on the specific position for which you're applying

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
