What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to verify and document required information for underwriting assessment
- Use the Quality Assurance database to identify additional customer information or verification needed
- Clearly explain the application process to potential customers
- Accurately complete additional paperwork as required
- Maintain communication with management regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum typing requirement of 35 words per minute
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior customer service skills, including being friendly, efficient, and a good listener
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and computer keyboard functions
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively

- Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company
