What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to verify and document required information for underwriting assessment
- Conduct assessments using the Quality Assurance database to determine additional customer information needed
- Clearly explain the application process to potential customers
- Complete additional paperwork accurately as required
- Maintain communication with management regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior customer service skills - friendly, efficient, and a good listener
- Proficient in computer use, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent organization and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling
- Desire to learn and grow within the company
