- Maintaining professionalism when communicating with payers and patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and prioritize tasks
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience or training in a healthcare office setting preferred
- Certified Biller or HFMA Certification preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
- Familiarity with common computer systems and business software
