      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and process inbound inquiries from various communication channels for patients seeking care
      - Assess potential patients' treatment needs and schedule intake assessments at appropriate facilities
      - Document patient assessments accurately and promptly in the system of record
      - Follow up with daily scheduled admissions and intakes within the organization’s system
      - Provide compassionate and knowledgeable customer service to callers in the Admissions Center

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED (General Equivalence Diploma)
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
      - Ability to work weekends and evenings
      - Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
      - Strong documentation skills and fast computer skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center environment
      - Knowledge of the treatment industry
      - Ability to connect and empathize with patients and families
      - Experience working in a team setting
      - Familiarity with telephony platforms and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
