What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist patients and caregivers with the application and enrollment process, aiming for completion within 60 days
- Ensure timely authorization of services by providing necessary documentation to Medicaid and insurance providers
- Collaborate with medical providers to maintain compliance for patient and caregiver documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service through one-call resolutions, maintaining a positive demeanor
- Manage a high caseload and consistently meet performance metrics for patient enrollment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to commute to the Phoenix, AZ office 2-3 times a week; this is a hybrid role
- Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to resolve issues over the phone
- Strong computer proficiency and typing skills to leverage technology for customer issue resolution
- High attention to detail, metrics-driven mindset, and excellent time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Experience with Salesforce
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
