What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure a seamless, complete, and effective enrollment process for all prospective clients into the PAS program
- Serve as the initial point-of-contact for calls from prospective clients, caregivers, or pending enrollees
- Provide exceptional customer service and positive experiences for potential patients and caregivers
- Manage an open caseload until the enrollment process is complete
- Communicate regularly with various health plans regarding patient benefits and authorizations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Home Health Aide certification required
- Proven exceptional customer service and case management skills
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to patient homes throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areas weekly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency with strong typing skills and ability to leverage technology for problem-solving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Experience with Salesforce
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
