      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage incoming referrals and ensure all required documents and orders are complete
      - Process new patient intakes with precision, handling a high volume of documents efficiently
      - Conduct eligibility and benefit checks
      - Collaborate regularly with the operations team and sales department for seamless coordination
      - Manage and reconcile insurance changes on a weekly basis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Exceptional customer service skills
      - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on urgency
      - Detail-oriented and capable of performing repetitive tasks efficiently
      - Experience with medical intake processes
      - Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and insurance portals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in home health care
      - Knowledge of insurance verification processes
      - Strong communication skills with referral sources and team members
      - Proficiency in using various software and EMR systems
