Job Description

- Receive and qualify "potential new clients" (PNC) over the phone, gathering essential information about their legal matters and conveying confidence in the expertise of the firm
- Assist in the preparation of client intake documents, such as preliminary information to determine case history and ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required information
- Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date client database (PNC Intake System), entering client information accurately and confidentially
- Coordinate schedule and appointments for PNC and attorneys
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to facilitate a smooth transition from intake to representation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, answering phone calls, managing client appointments and following up on PNC inquiries when consults have not been set with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues
- Bilingual, with the ability to speak fluent Spanish to potential clients
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate data entry and document preparation
- Previous experience in family law and/or a law firm required

- The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00 PM. Overtime hours may be required
- The anticipated compensation range for this role is $22 - $25 per hour
