What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Remain actively logged into on-call telephone queues to fulfill duties
- Use frontline customer service skills to determine the needs of clients seeking EAP services
- Screen for safety issues and connect clients to on-call counselors when necessary
- Complete EAP Intake Forms in the EAP Expert database system
- Provide general information and referrals to subject matter experts regarding various concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent IT applications and database skills
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Professional call center or scheduling experience is a plus
- Must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed
- Strong commitment to customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office programs
