What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls promptly and empathetically to potential clients
- Conduct initial screenings to assess client needs and determine service fit
- Gather critical case details and input them accurately into firm systems
- Schedule consultations and communicate the firm’s value to secure appointments
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, intake, or client services roles
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with a focus on client needs
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems and communication platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the legal industry is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with case management software and Zoom
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and trust with clients
- Previous success in a high-pressure sales environment
