What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct one-hour interviews with potential clients to assess their needs and determine suitable services
- Utilize approved sales scripts to build rapport and convert leads into admitted clients
- Review case pricing and payment options with clients, involving management when necessary
- Schedule and follow up with leads to clarify information and encourage engagement
- Stay current with legal training provided by firm attorneys
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) at a proficiency level of B2-C1
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
