- Implement integrations for new client requests by completing required configurations within isolved, while maintaining communications with 3rd party vendors and clients
- Communicate with customers and third-party vendors to clarify data format requirements and validate data transmitted via SFTP or API during testing periods of implementation.
- Manage high volume of projects and support cases to ensure client needs are fulfilled in a timely, efficient manner.
- Assist in creating complex Report Writer reports for our customers.
- Handle customer phone and email support through NetSuite.
- Troubleshoot complex technical data communications and transformation issues
- Manage escalated issues and provide resolution
- Work toward and maintain a working knowledge of all isolved modules and functionality.
- Work toward continuous quality improvement by reviewing instruction and specification documents. Update documents for improved clarity and when changes occur with functionality.
- Must bring can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and suggest solutions.
- Ability to map third party data requests to the isolved data set,
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated and team-oriented
- Strong time management and prioritization skills required
- Demonstrated strong technical aptitude and capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong attention to details, teamwork, and initiative
