- Req#: INTEG004859
- Troubleshoot integration related issues throughout the technology stack. From Salesforce to Rhapsody to Athena.
- Support new interfaces by making updates to the Salesforce platform to support required configuration or coding changes.
- Develop proof of concepts using Postman or similar tools to mock the integration pattern to be developed.
- Build custom integrations that execute in Azure for particularly complex workflows.
- Work closely with other integration engineers, project managers and stakeholders.
- Participate in testing new & existing integrations as required.
- Analyzes customer requirements and business workflow for integration implementations.
- Create, present, and maintain program design artifacts like data flow diagrams and end-user process maps.
- Exhibit excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and an ability to balance and fulfill multiple priorities.
- Adhere to an analytical approach with an ability to solve complex problems.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 1+ years of software engineering experience.
- Solid engineering base in a programming language such as JavaScript, .NET, Java, Python, etc.
- Experience with troubleshooting issues.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR or other healthcare interoperability standards.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Position: Integration Analyst
Under the supervision of the Director of Software Engineering, the Integration Analyst is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting interfaces for our technology platform. You will engage and communicate with stakeholders, work closely with technical teams, and become proficient in troubleshooting issues. The integration analyst will quickly become familiar with a variety of technology stacks and become a key team member to the success of platform. An employee with a growth mindset, eagerness to learn & contribute, good foundational engineering skills, and an ability to adjust to changes in priorities will thrive in this environment.
