What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead enterprise-level system integration projects, managing technical and project management aspects
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to deliver high-quality integration solutions
- Configure integrations based on approved requirements and ensure they align with business needs
- Develop and execute testing scenarios, ensuring all components function correctly
- Serve as a senior team member, mentoring junior integration staff and conducting peer reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing CAD interfaces in public safety environments
- Proven experience in delivering uni- and bidirectional integrations
- Strong understanding of core networking concepts and hands-on experience with server infrastructure
- Proficiency with structured data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and HTML
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with API protocols and schemas, translating business processes into technical requirements
- Basic understanding of network architecture, firewalls, and security protocols
- Familiarity with public safety workflows, including emergency response and incident reporting
