What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in project kickoff and discovery sessions to understand business processes and complete documentation
- Lead enterprise-level system integration projects, utilizing technical and project management skills
- Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and external partners
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions
- Troubleshoot integration issues and assist during outages as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing CAD interfaces in public safety environments
- Strong understanding of core networking concepts and experience with server infrastructure
- Proven experience delivering uni- and bidirectional integrations (e.g., CAD-to-CAD, CAD-to-RMS)
- Proficiency working with structured data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and HTML
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with API protocols and schemas
- Basic understanding of network architecture, firewalls, and security protocols
- Solid understanding of public safety workflows, including emergency response and incident reporting
