      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in project kickoff and discovery sessions to understand business processes and complete Business and Interface Requirements documentation
      - Lead enterprise-level system integration projects using strong technical and project management expertise
      - Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and external partners
      - Collaborate with internal IT teams and client teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions
      - Troubleshoot integration issues and assist during outages as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience supporting public safety integration projects may be considered
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing CAD interfaces in public safety environments
      - Proven experience delivering uni- and bidirectional integrations (e.g., CAD-to-CAD, CAD-to-RMS, CAD-to-ePCR, and third-party systems)
      - Strong ability to interpret API protocols and schemas and translate business processes into technical requirements
      - Solid understanding of public safety workflows, including emergency response and incident reporting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong understanding of core networking concepts, including IPSec VPN tunnels, and hands-on experience with server infrastructure
      - Proficiency working with structured data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and HTML
      - Basic understanding of network architecture, firewalls, and security protocols
