What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver seamless integrations between CAD systems and internal or external platforms
- Lead enterprise-level system integration projects, serving as a project manager and technical liaison
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to develop high-quality integration solutions
- Coordinate and execute testing activities, ensuring all components function correctly
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing maintenance and configuration updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience in public safety integration may be considered
- Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing CAD interfaces in public safety environments
- Proven experience with uni- and bidirectional integrations (e.g., CAD-to-CAD, CAD-to-RMS)
- Strong ability to interpret API protocols and translate business processes into technical requirements
- Solid understanding of public safety workflows, including emergency response and incident reporting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with server infrastructure and core networking concepts, including IPSec VPN tunnels
- Proficiency with structured data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and HTML
