What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain HL7 interfaces to enable seamless communication between healthcare systems
- Drive innovation by implementing FHIR and API integrations for real-time data exchange
- Own the interface lifecycle from design to deployment, ensuring integrity and efficiency
- Troubleshoot integration challenges impacting clinical and financial workflows
- Consult and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and healthcare professionals to optimize interface functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of HL7 interface development experience in healthcare IT integrations
- Expertise in FHIR and API integrations for real-time healthcare data exchange
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues affecting data flow
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Cerner FSI (preferred, but not required)
