      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize and direct complex technical changes as part of product releases and merchant migrations
      - Identify and automate inefficient or unnecessary manual processes through code changes
      - Handle inquiries from internal teams and external partners' technical teams
      - Design alerting systems to respond to incidents quickly or prevent them altogether
      - Conduct data analysis to understand and improve merchant configurations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of and experience with payment technologies and ecosystems
      - Ability to write high-quality code, primarily in Ruby and Java
      - Proficient in SQL for data navigation and issue diagnosis
      - Experience using developer tools (e.g., git) for code changes
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex problems independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with performance optimization and system design
      - Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliation processes
      - Previous experience in a technical operations role within a fintech environment
