What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design data and content interfaces with a Microservice, API-First, Cloud Hosted, Headless mindset
- Collaborate on User Experience, functional, and technical designs
- Define test data requirements
- Coordinate Mock Load and Cutover activities
- Communicate with appropriate urgency and transparency on progress, issues, and plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and eight (8) years of working experience in digital customer experience development in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Two (2) years of experience as an Integration Specialist
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of twelve (12) years of working experience in digital customer experience development in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Two (2) years of experience as an Integration Specialist
- Command of industry-standard integration frameworks and tools e.g. MACH
- Experience with ERPs including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with Middleware Platforms including SAP BTP and Mulesoft
- Familiarity with eCommerce models including B2B eCommerce, Marketplace, Where-to-Buy (WTB) solutions, and Customer Experience Management (CX)
- Understanding of Marketing Technology capabilities and processes, including Content Management Solutions (CMS), Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Product Catalog
- Experience with Agile Methodology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Integration Specialist or Customer Facing eCommerce Specialist in a health technology-related environment
