      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support client needs across the customer lifecycle using data to enhance program and student outcomes
      - Lead ongoing client assessments and build strong relationships with clients to ensure product loyalty and renewals
      - Deliver expert nursing services with ATI products and best practice policies
      - Oversee part-time Integration Specialists as needed to deliver optimal service to clients
      - Utilize technology platforms to manage client success metrics and key performance indicators

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in nursing, with a current registered nurse license in good standing
      - 5+ years of industry experience within Nursing Academia and Client Success
      - 2+ years of experience teaching in an academic nursing setting
      - Proficiency in technology tools required for Client Success Operations
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Doctorate degree in nursing preferred
      - Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) is preferred
      - 2+ years’ experience working with ATI resources is strongly preferred (ATI Champion)
      - Expertise in the NCLEX test plan and nursing education industry
      - Innovative thinker with creative problem-solving skills
