      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support client needs across the customer lifecycle using data to improve program and student outcomes
      - Lead ongoing client assessments, building quality relationships to ensure value recognition of products
      - Deliver expert nursing services, including product alignment and best practice policies
      - Oversee part-time Integration Specialists as needed to ensure optimal service for all clients
      - Utilize data to manage metrics and key performance indicators for client success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in nursing, with a current registered nurse license in good standing; Doctorate degree preferred
      - 5+ years of industry experience within Nursing Academia and Client Success
      - 2+ years of experience teaching in an academic nursing setting
      - 2+ years of experience working in Academia, including Curriculum Development and the Nursing accreditation process
      - Proficiency in technology tools and platforms needed for Client Success Operations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) certification
      - 2+ years' experience using ATI resources (ATI Champion)
      - Expertise in the NCLEX test plan and nursing education industry
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
      - Innovative thinker with creative problem-solving skills
