Synthesize and abstract complex information into clear messages that get delivered through communications channels.
Drive cross-organizational issues to resolution.
Lead strategic projects as a program/project manager
Orchestrate Order to Cash staff strategies into operational priorities and objectives.
Quarterly OKR tracking and progress to OTC priorities
Work across our major business partners to integrate work associated with critical business objectives
Creating content and mapping of communication and lead putting together of quarterly open forums
Representing OTC in the cross-CPLG Biz-OPS forum driving clear alignment with CPLG and sharing with OTC staff
Partner with HR and OTC leaders on organizational development, workforce, talent, and cultural imperatives including bi-annual talent assessment
Lead the OTC people team and awards process
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain Hiring team, OTC staff, and extended OTC team for Interns and College Graduates' forecast and hiring, Plan/POR, and oversee staff discretionary and BTI spending within target
Facilitate collaboration across the ERP towers (forecast to stock, Prodco Order to Cash, procure to pay) , where needed to support various programs/projects
Work well in cross-organizational and cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong business sense, and technical savvy
Strong self-initiative and persistence, ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity, and drive clarity in key areas
The candidate should role model Intel values and demonstrate long-term leadership potential for the company.
Act as liaison with other groups, and Intel BUs, facilitating collaboration and cultivating influence across these organizations
Clearly articulate ideas to stakeholder groups

Demonstrated success in facilitating teams, both in large group efforts and team meetings.

Job Description:
The Business Operations will report directly to Jill Matalon, Senior Director of Intel Foundry Order to Cash in Customer Fulfillment Planning and Logistics (CPLG) and will be part of the Intel Foundry Order to Cash (OTC) staff. As the trusted partner and close advisor they play a critical role in project managing critical initiatives, preparing content, overseeing plan/POR, leading the annual strategic planning process, and developing the communications roadmap for the organization. This role will contribute to the evolution of the organization to meet the expanding needs of Intel business and plays a critical role in helping drive the velocity of the organization.
This position requires a strong knowledge of Intel, our strategy, our customer/partner landscape, our processes, and policies. This person will be expected to:

Program manage projects across OTC where necessary.
Facilitate Order to cash weekly staff and all associated activities including staff agenda, strategies, deliverables, key performance metrics, and FTFs where relevant.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, California:$116,819.00-$175,333.00S al ary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.About the company
