Job Description
- Req#: 25-3413
- Optimize traffic flow by programming and adjusting signals across the city. Analyze data, fine-tune timing, and respond to public concerns.
- Keep our fiber and wireless networks running smoothly. Fix comm issues, manage IPs, and ensure all systems are up to date and secure.
- Plan and design new signals and ITS setups. Recommend equipment, write specs, and map out future tech upgrades.
- Work with neighboring cities and agencies to sync systems, share ideas, and improve traffic management across the region.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of three years’ related experience.
- Requires a working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment and procedures.
- Valid AZ Driver’s License upon hire.
- Experience in a municipal or government setting.
- Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona.
