  This is a Standing Register Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Applications expire after 90 days and referrals will be pulled as needed.
  
  Positions are located within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division.
  
  About the Position: These positions are developmental, you may be selected at the GS-07, GS-09 or at the target grade GS-11.
  
  Duties
  
  
  • The duties at the full performance GS-11 will perform the following duties:
  • Performs duties in support of project management, control, coordination and execution of all district assigned projects and programs.
  • Performs as a team member of the district project controls group, providing services to the district's portfolio of projects such as planning, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, change management and risk assessment.
  • Performs day to day management and processing of each project and/or program using professional project portfolio management software and established Project Management Business Processes (PMBP).
  • Manages, controls, develops, coordinates and executes assigned programs and their documentation requirements to ensure data/document management.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Incumbent may be required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I USOGE, 6/08).
  • Positions may be covered by a bargaining unit.
