What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve certification in Epic Bridges as determined by the Epic course catalog
- Collect workflow and pertinent information from clients to inform project tasks
- Provide expert knowledge of systems/interfaces and guide staff in analyzing issues
- Lead integration and data conversion processes for clinical systems implementations
- Act as a point of escalation for complex multi-system issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years experience in Information Technology/Computer Science and/or clinical healthcare discipline
- Five years prior interface development experience, preferably with an interface engine
- Experience with Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf interface engine
- Proven experience leading/managing a team of analysts and/or developers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on medium to large-sized systems projects in a technology-driven environment
- Demonstrated accountability for groups of tasks or processes
- Certifications in Epic Bridges and/or Cloverleaf interface engine
