Scope for the contractor will include leading the operations of the Museum retail store and overall visitor experience. This may entail restocking/receiving inventory, leading customer service and problem-solving customer/visitor issues, creating and running reports on KPI’s and monitoring performance, planning staffing and managing coverage/team allocation including lunch breaks, leading visual merchandising, and more. This role will report to Carlos Martínez and manage one permanent PT team member and two contractors. This person also leads the team on Saturdays.
The start date is as soon as possible; expected length of engagement is at least five weeks starting February 10th until March 14th, with the possibility of a significantly longer engagement.
