What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage large-scale design solutions for senior living residential real estate projects
- Participate in all phases of multiple design projects, from development to installation
- Source furniture, fabrics, fixtures, and finishes in line with project needs and budgets
- Prepare and maintain supporting documents such as specifications and budgets
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, design showrooms, and vendors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interior Design or a related field
- Proficiency in design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple projects
- Active and unrestricted Motor Vehicle License for travel requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in hospitality, multi-family, and commercial design
- Understanding of Building and ADA codes
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
