      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and grow relationships with vendors and customers, ensuring timely order processing and fulfillment accuracy
      - Track and follow up on open quotes, purchase orders, and sales opportunities to drive revenue
      - Coordinate with vendors on product availability, pricing updates, and shipping timelines
      - Prepare and send sales and performance reports to internal teams and vendor partners
      - Partner with operations, finance, and customer service teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth order flow

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously
      - Experience in sales operations, account management, or dropship coordination
      - Proficiency in Excel and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Apollo, BigCommerce, NetSuite)
      - A proactive, team-oriented mindset focused on driving results and solving problems
