      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage payer rejections and claim edits to ensure timely claim submissions
      - Review and correct claims that fail billing system edits for accuracy
      - Document actions taken on accounts in the system for tracking purposes
      - Collaborate with management to improve billing processes and compliance
      - Follow up with payers to ensure timely reimbursement and resolve billing issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or associate’s degree plus two years of relevant experience, or High School diploma/GED plus four years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or bookkeeping
      - Strong understanding of 3rd party billing requirements
      - Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Basic accounting skills and proficiency in using calculators and billing systems
      - Familiarity with medical billing practices and coding preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Six months of medical billing experience with knowledge of CPT and ICD 10 coding
      - Experience with EPIC and HCPCS coding
      - Familiarity with the Windows environment and billing software
