What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform complex analysis and system configuration to support management decisions
- Provide configuration support for internal and external customers, vendors, and consultants
- Maintain pricing environments and ensure updates are properly documented and aligned with organizational policies
- Analyze and maintain fee rates and reimbursement systems
- Collaborate with various teams to provide guidance and support related to claims and contracting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of operations and technical experience
- Associate's level degree required; alternatively, 4 years of operational and technical experience or a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant experience
- Basic planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with 3M, nThrive, NetworX, and Modeler systems
- Familiarity with CSC and QNXT systems
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related configuration analyst role
