      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advise stakeholders on information security initiatives, compliance, and training
      - Lead Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) efforts on security authorization packages
      - Utilize Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to manage findings from assessments and audits
      - Assess the effectiveness of the InfoSec training program and prepare enterprise-level performance metrics
      - Collaborate with senior agency officials to implement security solutions and prepare policy documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and 5 years of relevant information assurance experience; security certification may substitute for 2 years of experience
      - Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail
      - In-depth knowledge of NIST 800-53 Rev 4 security controls
      - Experience with a Governance, Risk, and Compliance tool (e.g., Xacta, RSA Archer)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Intermediate level cybersecurity certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CGRC)
      - Knowledge of NIST 800-53 Rev 5 security controls
