What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day support for the university's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and related systems
- Administer the functional side of ERP systems including Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Finance
- Analyze workflow and business practices to streamline operations and create business solutions
- Create and maintain documentation for business processes, procedures, and system configurations
- Define and create test plans and scripts based on Quality Assurance requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree and two years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma and four years of relevant experience
- Proven application support experience in a 24/7 environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with software development life-cycle and change management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday Human Capital Management and Financial Management
- Knowledge of core application systems and the ability to enhance and implement features
- Experience in workflow analysis and managing IT work activities
- Strong background in business analysis and facilitating group discussions for requirements gathering
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes including incident and change management
