- Collaborates with leadership and team members to complete strategic projects, which may cover topics including finance, accounting, marketing, operations or other areas.
- Schedules and attends meetings and reports on issues and decisions relevant to assigned projects.
- Provides operational and administrative support to strategic project managers and Director in order to complete various functions and tasks.
- Creates correspondence among team members to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Completes additional tasks, including but not limited to: data collection (coordinate and direct), managing meeting logistics, preparing agendas and other materials for meetings with leaders and team members.
- Coordinates ordering if IT equipment, manages project issues and risk log, and assists with budget tracking.
- Develops understanding of different complex roles with a strategic project team.
- Requires current enrollment in an Associate's, Bachelor's, and/or Master's Degree Program.
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

We are currently searching for interns to join our Informatics and Information Services teams during the Summer of 2024.
The Project Management Intern will be part of a regional strategic project team responsible for the delivery of integrated technologies for new IU Health facilities and expansions across the state. Projects are either regionally based or have programs tied to IUH strategic pillars.
This role will support the Project Manager and other key team roles with Oversight and management of the IIS Project Team deliverables for assigned strategic projects, ensuring project components for each program delivered on time and on budget with appropriate resourcing. This is a Hybrid role, with work being primarily remote with some required time in office (Landmark) /facility/location (travel may be required to other IU Health locations across the state).
