      Job Description

      What you will do:

      As an HRIS Temp, you will support the Corporate Human Resources Information Systems Team to complete a critical Human Capital Management system project. Specifically, provide support with:

      • Renaming of employee file documents to newly created standard
      • Downloading 2500+ employee file documents with the current naming standard and uploading to new HR system.
      • Each employee may have an average of 25 documents in their personal file that must be downloaded, labeled and saved with the standard format and then uploaded to new system.
      • Other assignments, as required.

      What you will bring to C&F:

      • Available to work full time (37.5 hours) – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, Foxit PDF
      • Strong organizational skills
      • Ability to learn new skills quickly
      • Detail oriented
      • Ability to multi-task, work in a team environment and receive direction from multiple individuals

      Preferred Education & Experience:

      • College Sophomore, Junior or Senior
      • Experience in an office environment

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $19/hr to a maximum of $19/hr. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
