What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the collection team in managing accounts receivable balances
- Support the reconciliation of the accounts receivable subledger to the General Ledger
- Prepare monthly executive presentations and supporting schedules/reports
- Analyze invoice and collection data to identify performance metrics and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Management team on the Oracle Fusion accounting system preparation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact across multiple organizational levels
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting

- Previous internship or academic experience in finance or business administration
