      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform regular audits of client files in accordance with firm protocols and client-specific requirements
      - Accurately document audit findings in the firm's document management system on a daily basis
      - Develop and maintain audit checklists, incorporating updates based on changes in laws, client expectations, or firm policies
      - Analyze and review audit nonconformances with division management on a weekly basis
      - Participate in quarterly meetings with assigned division leadership to discuss trends and improvement opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Comprehensive understanding of collections practices, FDCPA regulations, and firm policies
      - Strong written communication skills, with excellent spelling and grammar
      - Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proven ability to collaborate with management and staff to assess processes and recommend internal control enhancements
      - Familiarity with the legal industry and relevant regulatory requirements applicable to the firm's areas of practice

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Willingness and ability to travel as needed
