      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute internal communications plans and campaigns
      - Create digital content for intranet, email blasts, and e-newsletters
      - Review and edit internal communications content to ensure consistency with brand strategy
      - Support crisis communications planning and response activities
      - Manage company brand strategy, style guide, and policies
      - Develop and implement content strategy for the intranet

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, English, or similar
      - Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment or agency setting
      - Excellent writing and editing skills with knowledge of AP Style
      - Experience with internal communications technology, tools, and best practices
      - Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Creative design experience
      - Experience in intranet management, especially with Simpplr platforms
      - Proficiency in photo editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud
