      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute strategic internal communications plans focused on associate engagement
      - Draft and produce high-quality internal communications content and materials
      - Identify trends, challenges, and solutions to enhance communication effectiveness
      - Ensure communications align with the employer's Mission, Vision, and Values
      - Collaborate with teams to support operational objectives and reporting of results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
      - Minimum of 5 years in an internal communications role, ideally in a healthcare provider system
      - Strong writing and project management skills
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
      - Experience executing communications plans and supporting executive communications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, or Communications
      - Experience in drafting talking points and internal messaging
      - Ability to create engaging and visually appealing change communications
      - Familiarity with KPIs and reporting results to teams
      - Strong collaboration skills with team members
