Job Description:
We are looking for an extremely self-motivated individual who will relish the opportunity to join the Talent Acquisition team
The following would be the key job responsibilities:
• Ramping up the Trust-Assurance practice for PwC IAC in Kolkata by sourcing & interviewing relevant profiles from their domain.
• Provide relevant inputs on market trends & best practices required for achieving the growth
• Proactive in understanding and implementation of instructions (written and verbal) by the senior members of Talent Acquisition team
• Consistent in following processes/instructions for completion of assigned tasks
• Deliver based on agreed quality procedures/programme, meet deadlines and escalate issues
• Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working collaboratively with other members of the team, understand personal and team roles and display strong ownership of assigned deliverables
• Contribute towards a positive working environment by building good working relationships with the reporting manager and other team members, proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback
• Always adhere to PwC policies and procedures
• Participate in training and other self-development opportunities, as and when available
• Act as a business advisor from a Talent Acquisition perspective
• Qualification – Graduate/Post Graduate
