What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise fleet operations for Hazmat tanker vehicles and drivers
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations regarding ELD hours and health and safety issues
- Manage staffing levels to maintain service integrity and avoid stockouts
- Create weekly/monthly production plans and driver schedules
- Oversee day-to-day challenges related to vehicle maintenance and service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fuel distribution and 3 years in fleet supervision
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred
- Ability to learn and utilize various systems and applications required for the role
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle immediate operational challenges

- Experience in managing transportation teams and optimizing fleet operations
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance regulations
- Familiarity with telematics systems to track performance metrics
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the transportation industry
