Responsible to oversee all aspects of the Gallery Department: to establish/maintain efficient, effective circulation of merchandise through the implementation and constant refinement of the processing system; to assign and distribute work; to schedule and deploy staff; to manage employee performance; to train, develop, and lead department staff. Bookmans, officially known as Bookmans Entertainment Exchange, is the largest used book retailer based in Arizona. It was founded in 1976 by Bob Oldfather. Besides books, the store also sells magazines, CDs, DVDs, electronics, video games, and musical instruments.
