What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and administer all components of international relocations for assignees and clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assignees throughout their relocation process
- Manage a caseload and assist in developing a network of service providers
- Identify customer service requirements to ensure satisfaction with international services
- Maintain communication with assignees to ensure their satisfaction and plan for repatriation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in Chinese
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international relocation
- Degree in Business or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Understanding of the complexities of international relocations (visa, taxing, etc.)
- Proficient in PCs and associated software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing provider/partner networks in the relocation industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with cultural training and language services for assignees
- Previous experience in customer service roles related to relocation
